The ELIET E450 is a fusion of the E401 and E501 and is aimed at semi-professional users. Its 45 cm working width and folding handlebars also make it an excellent rental workhorse.

This scarifier is often put to the test in common applications, such as rental. Its robust construction guarantees its durability. For the operator's safety and to protect bystanders from potential stone chips, the blade shaft is housed in a thick steel housing.

Trouble-free operation year after year was the guiding principle behind the development of the vertical belt tensioner. Thanks to this system, the belt retains its natural shape even during operation. This minimizes belt wear, significantly extending its lifespan.

The usual working depth is 2 mm. This minimizes blade braking, allowing the blades to remove moss and thatch from the lawn at full speed. The blades don't cut through the roots, significantly reducing the lawn's recovery time after scarifying. Correctly setting the depth requires very fine depth control. For this purpose, the E 501 Pro features infinitely variable adjustment on each front wheel. This allows for a consistent depth across the entire blade shaft.

ELIET guarantees that the Permanently Sharp Blades™ will not wear down even after 100 hours of operation. The depth adjustment on the front wheels is insufficient to wear down the full length of the blade. Therefore, the E750 also has depth adjustment on the rear wheels.

Working comfort means getting the job done with minimal effort. ELIET pampers the user of the E501 PRO in this regard. Large wheels with lightweight aluminum rims featuring a smooth natural rubber tread ensure that this machine rolls effortlessly across the lawn. Each wheel is equipped with two large ball bearings. These heavy-duty wheels are resistant to the dusty conditions in which these machines are constantly operating. The wide tread reduces the risk of track formation on wet lawns.

When scarifying a soggy lawn early in the spring, the loosened moss easily sticks to the wheels, causing the machines to bounce across the lawn, which is clearly visible in the raked result. To prevent this, ELIET installs wheel scrapers on the wheels of its professional scarifiers. Any adhering dirt is immediately swept off the wheels.

Even though gardeners usually wear professional work clothes and sturdy shoes, ELIET takes no chances when it comes to safety. The wide rubber guard at the rear of the machine catches all dust, sand, and any stones that are brought up from the ground by the blades. The mud flap is suspended by a chain and meekly follows every movement of the handlebars. Moreover, the mud flap can be adjusted to the correct height, depending on the thickness of the moss growing from beneath the scarifier.

Efficient scarifiers often involve a lot of cleanup. ELIET lends a helping hand with the collection bag on the E450. The wide opening ensures the bag is properly filled. The generous 60-liter capacity of this collection bag can collect moss from several ten meters. This conveniently saves you the tedious task of cleaning it up.
