Why Kraakman Garden Machines?
ELIET PROF 6 On Wheels + ABM Petrol Chopper B&S Vanguard 400
Why Kraakman Garden Machines?
A landscape gardener deals with pruning waste every day, making a shredder an indispensable tool. The Prof 6 is the entry-level model for this purpose. It offers a capacity suitable for any garden, processes almost all types of green waste, making it usable year-round, and moreover, the Prof 6 offers unparalleled working comfort.
The ELIET PROF 6 On Road 14-hp chopper on a trailer chassis is a professional chopper ideal for landscapers. Because this machine is mounted on a trailer chassis, you can easily attach it to a car or van. This version of the Prof 6 on Road is equipped with a B&S Vanguard engine and ABM.
A striking feature is the spacious feed hopper with its unique V-shape. The V-shaped base plate ensures that the incoming pruning waste (bulk or loose branches) is easily guided to the central point, ensuring optimal entry into the shredding chamber. This results in more efficient shredding. In addition to this efficiency gain, the pointed front of the hopper encourages the operator to stand at the side of the hopper during feeding, increasing their passive safety.
To eject the chips, ELIET again uses the Turbo Discharge™ system. A suction turbine sucks the chips out of the shredding chamber and ejects them through a raised blowpipe. An interesting feature of this discharge system is that this suction force is also felt at the feed hopper, which is a bonus when feeding leafy cuttings. The Turbo Discharge™ impeller has been redesigned to generate even better blowing force.
The Prof 6's blowpipe's shape is designed to prevent turbulence. Its curvature was calculated to optimize the trajectory of flying chips. This results in an unparalleled throw range. The choice to manufacture the blowpipe from high-quality plastic was a deliberate one. The material is seamless, corrosion-resistant, and perfectly smooth, and also provides sound insulation. This low air resistance makes the pipe less susceptible to blockages. The blowpipe has an outlet height of 1.8 m and can be rotated 280°.
All wheels of the Prof 6 are equipped with a powerful hydraulic wheel motor. A crank on the handlebar controls the forward or reverse speed with a simple wrist movement. The further you turn the crank forward or backward, the faster the machine moves in that direction. This wheel drive is so powerful that one person can easily load and unload the machine from a van or trailer.
The Prof 6 is equipped with the patented ELIET blade system. The difference is that it uses heavier blades, which improves its service life. Furthermore, the Prof 6 is even more resistant to sand and stones that inevitably end up in the machine along with pruning waste.
The machine's maintenance has been carefully considered. The entire rear of the machine can be hinged open, providing incredible accessibility for cleaning and maintaining the entire blade system.
The Prof 6 can optionally be equipped with an ABM (Anti-Block Motor) system and a speed controller for the feed roller. This ingenious system regulates the feed speed completely autonomously. A sensor accurately monitors every change in motor speed.
