Using an E600 COMPACTOR saves you at least three times the time. Not only will you scarify faster, but you'll also do it more thoroughly and efficiently. As a landscape contractor, you'll save at least half the time on this operation, leaving you with more time to manage your schedule or serve other customers.

A scarifier combs every square centimeter of your lawn. It's therefore quite obvious that the machine will bring a few stones to the surface in the process. A sturdy chassis therefore provides your direct protection against all that loose dirt. ELIET takes no chances in this regard and therefore opts for a 3mm thick sheet steel chassis, securely welded together with robotic precision.

The usual working depth is 2 mm. This minimizes blade braking, allowing the blades to remove moss and thatch from the turf at full speed. The blades don't cut through the roots, significantly reducing the lawn's recovery time after scarifying. Correctly setting the depth requires very fine depth control. For this purpose, the E600 Compactor features infinitely variable adjustment on each front wheel. This allows for a consistent depth across the entire blade shaft.

To disengage the blades, ELIET doesn't use a traditional tension pulley, which frequently causes malfunctions. Instead, ELIET developed the "vertical belt tensioner." A lever mechanism lifts the motor plate, tensioning the belt. This allows the belt to retain its natural shape even under load, significantly extending its lifespan. The two pulleys engage only the inside of the belt, protecting the outside of the belt from wear. Therefore, belt replacement on a professional ELIET scarifier is very rare.

The ELIET E600 Compactor features a set of Permanently Sharp Blades™. These blades have the added benefit of exceeding a 100-hour service life. Because the front wheel adjustment alone isn't enough, ELIET has also provided depth adjustment on the rear wheels.

Working comfort means getting the job done with minimal effort. ELIET pampers the user of the E600 Compactor in this regard. Large wheels with lightweight aluminum rims featuring a smooth natural rubber tread ensure that this machine rolls effortlessly across the lawn. Each wheel is equipped with two large ball bearings. These heavy-duty wheels are resistant to the dusty conditions in which these machines are constantly operating. The wide tread reduces the risk of track formation on wet lawns.

When scarifying a soggy lawn early in the spring, the loosened moss easily sticks to the wheels, causing the machines to bounce across the lawn, which is clearly visible in the raked result. To prevent this, ELIET installs wheel scrapers on the wheels of its professional scarifiers. This immediately sweeps any adhering dirt off the wheels.

The patented discharge and compaction technology of the E600 scarifier solves the classic drawback of the quickly filling collection bag. By compressing the moss in the collection bag, the number of emptyings is reduced.

The blade system with integrated blades doesn't project the moss directly into the collection bin, but throws it into a hopper formed by two conveyor belts rotating in opposite directions. The brush effect and the additional throwing force of the blade system ensure that all the moss is powerfully and deeply projected into the machine-wide hopper.
The two counter-rotating conveyor belts carry the moss and force it deeper into the funnel wedge, where it is compressed and compacted between the conveyor belts. This funnel opens into the collection bag, spitting out the compressed moss.

The moss has already been compressed, losing its bulky structure. This fills the collection bag with material, not air. The two conveyor belts continuously feed new waste into the bag, pushing the existing waste further back into the bag, ensuring optimal filling.
There is no backflow of waste possible, so the compression of the material in the collection bag increases as more material is supplied.

With over 20 years of experience, ELIET has developed three types of blades, each with its own specific characteristics. It's therefore important to choose the blades that best suit the type of lawn you'll be working with most often.

The E600 compactor's blade system features 36 closely spaced Double Cut™ blades. The name refers to the double number of blades across the working width. These blades are thinner (1.5 mm thick) and arranged in a spiral rotation. This configuration is ideal for golf courses and high-quality turf or ornamental lawns. The double-cut blades are made of a harder base material. Although considerably thinner, they remain permanently sharp for at least 100 hours.

When using the E600 compactor, the scarifier is scarified intensively and a maximum volume of moss is raked. Because the blades rotate against the direction of travel, you further increase the raking efficiency. Moreover, these blades are equipped with self-sharpening tips based on the Permanently Sharp Blades™ principle, resulting in guaranteed efficiency. Thanks to its wheel drive, this scarifier maintains a constant forward speed: less operator fatigue and a further time saver!

Because the operator wouldn't feel the burden of pushing the machine forward, the E600 compactor is equipped with a wheel drive. This means the machine, not the operator, primarily determines the working speed, which in turn benefits the efficiency in m²/h.
