Using a lever on the handlebar, you can easily adjust the operating speed between 0 km/h and 4.6 km/h. In ECO mode, the engine power automatically adjusts to the power actually needed while mowing. The RMA 448 PV operates on the principle of serial discharge. This means the machine automatically uses the second battery of the STIHL AP system when the first is depleted. This eliminates the need to manually change batteries, allowing you to mow larger lawns efficiently. Furthermore, the optimized high-lift blades ensure energy-efficient operation.
With the central cutting height adjustment of the STIHL RMA 448 PV, you can set the cutting height in 7 steps, from 20 mm to 100 mm. During mowing, the foldable 52-liter grass catcher box collects the mown grass and is very easy to empty. The height-adjustable comfort handlebar offers high working comfort, even during extended use. The handlebar also folds easily for compact storage.
