Combined with a lightweight and efficient design, this results in an extremely low power-to-weight ratio of less than 1.45 kg/kW. The MS 400 CM gasoline chainsaw is also the first machine equipped with a new 67 cm³, 4.0 kW engine, developed entirely by STIHL. This powerful gasoline chainsaw is easy to start thanks to the STIHL M-Tronic system and is extremely well-equipped. The MS 400 CM is perfect in its element, offering rapid acceleration and is ideal for felling and delimbing trees and for sawing timber in medium-density forests.
