With the STIHL Smart Connector you can use all the functions of STIHL connected. These functions are available via the STIHL app or the STIHL connect pro portal. When correctly installed on a STIHL machine or on a machine from another manufacturer, the STIHL Smart Connector records the number of operating hours of the machine. It transmits this data via Bluetooth to your smartphone as soon as it is within range of the system. The data received by the STIHL app is sent to the STIHL cloud as soon as an internet connection is available. The data is then stored there in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations. The stored information can be accessed at any time via the STIHL app and the STIHL connect pro portal. STIHL connected offers new possibilities for professional users. They now have a handy and transparent overview of their entire machine park. STIHL connected provides information such as the number of operating hours, the status of the machine, reminders of upcoming maintenance and the last known location. STIHL connected also shows whether the machines are nearby or not. This guarantees professional users better digital fleet management, more efficient processes in their company and even closer contact with their STIHL dealer. Private users can also use the system to keep an overview of their machines and schedule maintenance at the right time.

    You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging.
